    This affirmative action has turned to be an affirmative begging. Employers are certainly not taking it serious and especially the COO/CEO/MDs

    – integration of HR functions and linking to business plan – that is what the business got it right
    – enforcement of policies and guidelines is still a challenge – commitment and ownership in a matrix organisation is a challenge
